Description
Our sun-dried tomato spread is made from a blend of the finest sun-dried Gargano tomatoes and our extra virgin olive oil. We select tomatoes at the perfect ripeness and sun-dry them naturally, concentrating all the fruit's flavour.
The subsequent processing combines them with extra virgin olive oil, creating a spread with a soft texture and a strong, Mediterranean-infused flavor.
Versatile in the kitchen: on bread and crostini, as a pasta sauce, a base for other sauces and marinades, or paired with fresh cheeses.
