Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an explicit statement within that period, for example by email to info@oleificiovieste.com, indicating the order number. The products must be returned intact within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

Return costs

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, except in the case of non-compliant or damaged products, for which they are borne by the company.

Refund

The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products (or of proof of their shipment, if earlier), using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or non-compliant products

If you receive a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, write to us within 14 days at info@oleificiovieste.com attaching a photo: we will replace it or refund you, with return costs at our expense.
