Terms of service

These terms govern the sale of products on the online shop www.oleificiovieste.com, operated by Oleificio F.lli Vieste s.r.l., VAT no. 01375440714, with registered office in Località Piano Grande 47, 71019 Vieste (FG), Italy. 1. How to place an order

Orders are placed online on the shop. The contract is deemed concluded when the customer receives, by email, confirmation that the order has been accepted. The customer is required to check the order summary and to report any errors or discrepancies promptly.

2. Prices and availability

All prices are shown in Euro and are inclusive of VAT. Should an ordered product be unavailable, we will promptly notify the customer, indicating any possible delivery date.

3. Payment methods

Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal and advance bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, shipping begins upon receipt of payment.

In the payment reference, please indicate the order number and the buyer's first and last name.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Italy, Germany, Austria and France by express courier. Orders are processed within 48 working hours. The shipping cost is 12 € for Italy, with free shipping on orders of 120 € or more; for Germany, Austria and France it is 24 €, with free shipping on orders of 250 € or more. In any case, the amount is clearly indicated at checkout, before the order is confirmed. For other destinations, please contact info@oleificiovieste.com.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. On delivery, the customer is advised to check that the number of packages matches what is stated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact; in the event of any anomalies, it is advisable to note a reservation on the courier's document.

5. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an explicit statement within that period, for example by email to info@oleificiovieste.com. The products must be returned intact within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, except in the case of non-compliant or damaged products, for which they are borne by the company.

The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products (or of proof of their shipment, if earlier), using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains applicable. Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013, the consumer may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
