Orders and Shipping
Everything you need to order and receive our products.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and complete the purchase online. If you prefer, call us at +39 347 401 9567 and we'll do it together. Once the order is received, we will send you a confirmation email with a summary.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept PayPal, credit cards and Postepay (via the PayPal circuit), and payment in advance by bank transfer. All prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT.
How much does shipping cost and when is it free?
In Italy, including islands, shipping has a flat rate of €12 and is free for orders over €120. For Germany, France, and Austria, shipping is €24, free for orders over €250. For other destinations, write to us at info@oleificiovieste.com and we will find the best solution together.
How long does it take to receive the order?
We prepare and hand over the order to the courier within 48 hours (on weekdays); delivery then takes place within a few business days, from Monday to Friday.
Do you ship to islands and abroad?
Yes. Italian islands are included in national shipping. We also ship to Germany, France, and Austria; for other destinations, please email us at info@oleificiovieste.com before ordering.
Returns & Support
If something isn't right, we're here to fix it.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Italian Consumer Code. To exercise this right, write to us at info@oleificiovieste.com: we will tell you how to return the products, which must be returned in their original condition. You can find all the details in our terms and conditions of sale.
The order arrived damaged or incorrect, what do I do?
When the goods are delivered, check the packages: if the packaging is damaged, sign for the parcel "with reservations", noting the damage, and notify us immediately. If the product is damaged or does not conform to the order, we will replace or refund it, with return shipping costs at our expense. Write to us at info@oleificiovieste.com with your order number and, if possible, some photos.

Can I visit the oil mill?
