A rare and delicate honey, collected exclusively from wild rosemary blooms on the Gargano. Our mild climate and calcareous soil encourage the spontaneous growth of rosemary, which produces a very short bloom at the beginning of spring.
It is precisely this short flowering period that makes the honey rare. Bees, attracted by the blue rosemary flowers, transform their nectar into a honey with delicate floral notes.
The aroma is delicate yet aromatic, with floral hints. Its not-too-sweet taste makes it perfect for savory dishes, as well as with herbal teas and on toast.
