Basil gives our Gargano extra virgin olive oil its fragrance through an infusion that captures its freshness. The green scent is detectable on the nose even before it reaches the palate.

It's the scent of summer, to be brought to the table in every season. Perfect on tomato and mozzarella, on a cold pasta or a bruschetta, on a freshly made Margherita pizza, and to add freshness to a minestrone or a rice salad. A few drops and the dish tastes like a garden.
