Description
The chili pepper infuses in our Gargano extra virgin olive oil until it releases all its heat. It's just the right amount of chili, not too much and not too little: a spiciness that you can feel but doesn't burn.
It adds character without overpowering the flavour. It was created for spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino, but it's also excellent on a freshly baked pizza, on friselle with tomato, in a legume soup, or on bruschetta. Wherever you want a decisive touch, a few drops are enough.
