Four 250 ml bottles, four characters from the same land: the Couvette Quattro Oli gathers our extra virgin olive oils from the Gargano in a cardboard carrier with a handle, from the most delicate to the boldest. The windows show the four labels, so the gift presents itself.
Nostrano, pure Ogliarola Garganica, has a sweet fruitiness that accompanies carpaccio and salads without covering them. Tradizione, with its notes of artichoke and almond, is the oil for every day. Vigoroso brings together Ogliarola Garganica and Coratina for legumes and grilled meat. Biologico, certified organic, has intense aromatic notes and is perfect raw on vegetables and fish.
