Description
For seventy years, we have been harvesting the same olives from the same olive groves in Gargano, with the same patient gesture taught to us by those who came before us. "Tradizione" is born from the native Ogliarola Garganica cultivar, cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvesting.
On the palate, it is balanced and delicate, with a medium fruitiness reminiscent of artichoke and almond: it enhances the flavors of dishes without ever overpowering them. Use it raw on salads, vegetables, and bruschetta, or for cooking with legume soups and roasted meats.
The 5-liter tin protects the oil from light and air, keeping it fresh until the last drop.
