For seventy years, we have been harvesting the same olives from the same olive groves in Gargano, with the same patient gesture taught to us by those who came before. "Tradizione" is made from the native Ogliarola Garganica cultivar, cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvesting.

On the palate, it is balanced and delicate, with a medium fruity note that hints at artichoke and almond: it enhances the flavors of dishes without ever overpowering them. Use it raw on salads, vegetables, and bruschetta, or for cooking in legume soups and roasted meats.

The 5-liter bag-in-box keeps the oil fresh until the last drop: the internal bag empties without letting air in, and the box protects it from light.

Preservation

Store the bag-in-box in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, the oil remains fresh for up to 4 months: the internal bag empties without letting air in, protecting it from oxidation. Dispense with the tap without exposing the oil to the outside between uses.
