Among our olive groves in Gargano, Coratina brings its character and Ogliarola Garganica its sweetness: from their encounter, Vigoroso is born, a decisive yet never aggressive blend.

On the palate, the spicy notes of Coratina are balanced with the sweet ones of Ogliarola, in an oil with golden hues and an intense aroma. Use it raw on legume soups, grilled meats, and grilled vegetables, or in cooking on all dishes that require a distinctive oil.

The 5-liter bag-in-box keeps the oil fresh until the last drop: the inner bag empties without letting air in, and the box protects it from light.

Preservation

Store the bag-in-box in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, the oil remains fresh for up to 4 months: the inner bag empties without letting air in, protecting it from oxidation. Pour using the dispensing tap without exposing the oil to the outside between uses.
