Our extra virgin olive oil from Gargano welcomes garlic in infusion, until it absorbs all its aroma. It's the full flavor of garlic, ready in a bottle: nothing to prepare, no smell on your hands, and you can dose it as you like.

It's best as a base for stir-fries and sauces, on sautéed vegetables and oven-roasted meats. It perfumes warm bruschetta, homemade pizza bread, or a last-minute plate of spaghetti. Where you'd use a clove, here a few drops are enough.
