It's the fragrant lemons of Vieste that scent our extra virgin Gargano olive oil in an infusion that captures all their aroma. You can immediately feel the Gargano sun.

Lively and citrusy, it lightens and perfumes without overpowering. It's best with raw and cooked fish, seafood, carpaccio or seafood salad, and also with vegetables and chicken breast. A few drops and the dish lights up with freshness.
