Aurea is our most precious oil, a liquid gold born from careful selection and meticulous study, encased in a golden bottle that highlights its exclusivity.

It comes from an early harvest of still-green fruits, without any trace of ripening, predominantly Ogliarola Garganica, hand-selected from approximately 400 trees on our land in the first days of October. Immediately after harvesting, the oil is filtered and stored in nitrogen tanks, which eliminates oxygen, preserving its quality and extending its shelf life.

The result is an oil with unique sensory attributes: green fruity with hints of almond, herbaceous notes, and floral undertones. A treasure of taste and quality that stands out for its preciousness.
