This delicious recipe by Azzurra Sprinkles Dress, made with our extra virgin olive oil from Ogliarola Garganica from the Orci line, is a very simple dessert to make, but truly delicious and different from the usual ones.

Ingredients
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 50 g icing sugar
- 100 g mascarpone
- 150 g white chocolate
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Zest of one lime
Preparation
- Whip together very cold cream and mascarpone with icing sugar until a soft cream is obtained.
- Add the melted and cooled white chocolate, the oil, and the lime zest, continuing to beat with electric whisks.
- Pour into single-portion molds of about 6/8 cm and transfer to the freezer until completely frozen, for at least 4 hours. Serve immediately.
